A curated collection of homes for the city we actually live in.
Short-term stays across Indianapolis, Franklin, French Lick, and beyond. Each one chosen, designed, and looked after by a local team that's been here long before the convention crowd arrives, and is still here on Monday morning.

Or get out of town.
Most of our homes sit inside Downtown Indianapolis, walking distance to the stadiums, the food, and the Cultural Trail. The rest are short drives away: for the weekends when you'd rather have a hot tub and a fire pit than a skyline.

Franklin
Twenty minutes south of downtown, where the noise drops off and the porches get wider. Tiny cottages with hot tubs under the stars, built for couples who want a city weekend without staying in the city.
French Lick
An hour and a half southwest, deep in the Hoosier National Forest. Camp Collins sleeps eight, with the kind of fire pit and hot tub setup that turns a long weekend into a tradition. Caves, casinos, golf, and not a single skyline in sight.
Wolf River
Near Albany, close to the Tenneessee border: this is the water trip. A three-bedroom getaway close to the dock, built for the kind of weekend that ends with sunburns and leftover bait. Pack the cooler, leave the laptop.
We host. You collect.
Circle City Stays manages a curated collection of short-term rentals in and around Indianapolis. If you've got a place with good bones, we'll fill the calendar, look after the guests, and send you a check.

“The Black Barn was everything we expected and more! We felt right at home from the moment we walked through the big yellow door! The space was warm and welcoming. It was perfectly imperfect! We can't wait to see what Josh does with the addition! Our 3 year old son really enjoyed feeding the coy fish as well as the chickens. The little chipmunk was a great visitor as well! If you're looking for a getaway, need a place for an event or just a home away from home, this is the place for you! Theres a lot to do in the area or you can simply enjoy the space. It's kid both kid friendly and private. Come see for yourself! We will definitely be back!”

“Great space with very cool original details like hardwoods and exposed brick! The proximity to the park across the street was perfect for my family, too.”

“This house was perfect for our family of 11 that included all ages. The pool and the fishing pond kept everyone busy. Location felt far enough away to be somewhat secluded, but 10 minutes away from anything you needed”
